SPIRITUAL MASSAGE
I have been trained in the practice of Spiritual Massage energy work since 1998. While this practice has been named "Spiritual Massage" by my teacher, it is not the same as deep tissue massage or other forms of massage body work- Spiritual Massage is a form of energy work that involves very light touch, and focuses on healing the spirit. This gentle and profound form of medicine was taught to me by an incredible healer, Maria Lucia Bittencourt Sauer. Spiritual Massage has deeply changed my life, and I am honored to offer this form of healing to you.
Maria describes Spiritual Massage Energy Work as:
"a hands-on healing practice that works directly on the energy body, cleansing old thought forms, and gently facilitating the release of emotional, physical and spiritual blockage."
During a Spiritual Massage Energy Work session I will help you to:
* Release blocked energy
* Map the flow of energy in your body
* Support you to see the areas where you can begin to heal yourself.
Each Spiritual Massage session is 45 minutes long, offered at $50-75 sliding scale, no one turned away for lack of funds.
Access: The treatment space is accessed by an elevator. There is a large bathroom and wide doors that wheelchairs and walkers can pass through. There are no medicines burned in the space except for smokeless moxa. This is a lower scent space, however because of COVID 19, there are cleaning products used to disinfect that may be triggering for folks with chemical sensitivity. If this space does not meet your access needs, please contact me for a house visit.
